Ukraine's claim to the International Court of Justice (The Hague) against russia is supported by more than 40 countries

This is a lawsuit against the russian federation in the International Court of Justice in The Hague under the 1948 Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide.


Albania, Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Marshall Islands, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, the Netherlands, New Zealand, North Macedonia, Norway, Palau, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, USA, and EU issued a statement to that effect.
