This was announced by the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Oleksiy Danilov: 

“We need to remember that they have a sacred day — May 9, and Putin sets the task of ending this war with a victory parade on May 9. We need to understand that we still have a lot of fights ahead of us, we need to defend our country and I don’t advise anyone to relax”.
