The city of Vinnytsia (west-central Ukraine) was struck during a conference in The Hague, dedicated to the responsibility of russia for crimes on the territory of Ukraine

The strikes on Vinnytsia were carried out by Kalibr cruise missiles from a submarine in the Black Sea — the Command of the Ukrainian Air Force

The Kalibr missile is a high-precision weapon. The amplitude of the deviation from the target is 2-4 meters.

As of now, it is known about 20 people killed, including three children. 15 people are missing.
