"Hamburg will help rebuild Kyiv after the war," said Mayor of Kyiv Vitali Klitschko. 

The cities have signed an agreement on mutual strategic partnership. This means that Hamburg will also step up its humanitarian aid efforts.

40% of young people from Ukraine were forced to leave home due to the russian attack
