Russians are not letting humanitarian help to the regions that are struggling the most

On March, 19th the Russians did not let the convoy with humanitarian aid to the residents of Kherson go through, Head of the Kherson Regional State Administration Gennady Laguta said.

14 trucks with food and medicine left Dnipro region for Kherson region. In particular, they were bringing insulin, which patients in the Kherson region need. But the occupiers did not let the aid go through.

On top of that, Russian troops break into the houses of residents, take away their vehicles, steal food and commit robberies.
