EU leaders obliged to support Ukraine and help rebuild after the war

 Following the summit on March 24, the European Council undertakes to establish a Solidarity Trust Fund in Ukraine and invites its international partners to participate and calls to start preparations directly.

«Remembering the destruction and huge losses inflicted in Ukraine as a result of Russian military aggression, the European Union is obliged to support the Ukrainian government for its urgent needs and, once the Russian attack stops, in the restoration of a democratic Ukraine,» the document says.
