Dmytro Kuleba on tomorrow's talks between the Ukrainian and Russian delegations in Istanbul
▪️Ukraine does not trade people, lands and sovereignty, this is the position of President Zelensky on negotiations.
▪️The minimum negotiating program in Turkey is a solution to humanitarian crisis. The maximum program is a ceasefire, reaching stable agreements on this.
▪️Currently, there are no agreements made as such for any key point of the negotiations. Instead, there is an exchange of thoughts, suggestions and ideas.
▪️The issue of holding a referendum in Ukraine at the talks in Turkey will not be discussed, because it is an internal matter of Ukraine
▪️During this month, the public position of the Russian Federation gradually changed from plans to capture key cities of Ukraine in a few days to explanations that “military operation” is limited to the capture of Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
▪️If Russia speaks the language of ultimatums and propaganda clichés again, the talks will end up nowhere.
